- 1. Fix the rim to be machined with a positioning sleeve and fasten it tightly onto the mounting plate of the main shaft with screws.
- 2. Determine and mark the point to be corrected on the circumference of the deformed hub.
- 3. Correct the deformation on the rim circumference using a suitable jack and hydraulic pressure, and round the rim.
- 4. Determine and mark the point to be corrected based on the different deformations of the shaft.
- 5. Correct the axial deformation of the rim using a suitable jack and hydraulic pressure.
- 6. Once the correction of the circumferential and axial deformation has reached optimal function, machine the connection between the rim and tire with the cutter to ensure smooth contact.
- 7. Through the inspection and correction processes described above, the deformed aluminum rim achieves its optimal function.
