Yes. AutoGear is a Swiss provider and ships from Switzerland.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, TWINT, credit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify Payments, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, provided they are shown at checkout.
Do you offer installation for autoradios?
Yes, on request we offer a paid installation service for autoradios and CarPlay systems. Customers can also carry out the installation themselves. We can provide general advice on compatibility and preparation, but cannot guarantee a complete step-by-step remote installation.
Do you help with diagnostic tools?
Yes. For diagnostic tools, we support you with general questions and can help you contact the official manufacturer support if needed.
Do you advise on EV chargers?
Yes. We are happy to help with questions about mobile chargers, wallboxes, connector types and suitable charging solutions for Switzerland.
What should I check before buying an autoradio?
Please check vehicle model, year, existing system, connections and equipment. If you are unsure, you can send us photos of the dashboard and vehicle information before purchase.
