AutoGear ships orders from Switzerland. Our goal is reliable, fast and transparent delivery for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 working days after receipt of payment and processing of the order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein is free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping method
Depending on size, weight and product type, shipping is carried out by suitable carriers such as Swiss Post or a courier service.
Small and medium-sized shipments are usually sent as parcels. Larger or bulky products may be delivered through a suitable logistics partner depending on the item.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information whenever possible.
Bank transfer and prepayment
For payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment. Please include your name and order number as the payment reference.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing the order. After handover to the carrier, address changes cannot always be guaranteed.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of acceptance or lack of availability, additional shipping and processing costs may be charged to the customer.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is not accepted or cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to charge the resulting shipping, return and processing costs.
Delivery delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, supply bottlenecks, weather conditions, technical issues or logistical circumstances. In such a case, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
Transport damage
Please check the delivery immediately after receipt for visible damage, completeness and correctness. Obvious transport damage, incorrect deliveries or incomplete deliveries must be reported to us by email within 5 calendar days after receipt.
Please do not put damaged products into operation and keep the original packaging until we inform you of the next steps.
Collection and installation
Personal collection or an autoradio installation service may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you would like collection, advice or installation.
