Please contact us before every return. Returns without prior confirmation cannot be clearly assigned and therefore may not be processed.

Submit an RMA request

If a product is defective, was delivered incorrectly or has a technical problem, please first send us an email at info@autogear.ch.

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and contact details
  • Product name
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos or videos, if helpful

Review of the case

Our team will review your request and inform you about the next steps. Depending on the situation, a technical inspection, exchange, repair or another suitable solution may be arranged.
