Feature

• The fork seal driver set is a specially developed fork seal drive tool for front forks
• The scope of delivery includes 6 plastic adapters of different sizes, which can be used for most conventional and upside-down forks.
• Adapter sizes: (in mm): 35/36, 40/41, 42/43, 45/46, 47/48, 49/50
• With the plastic adapters you can avoid damaging the inner tube when driving the seals and ensure that the mounting angle of the seals is always correct.
• Flange-shaped design of the steel body for less effort and precise operation.
• Thick steel housing halves provide the perfect weight to drive seals into place, while the knurled surface ensures a secure, non-slip grip during use.
• Use new fork oil to lubricate the inner surface of the new seal, then slide it onto the fork tube. Assemble the motorcycle seal driver and then slide the seal installation tool against the seal several times until the fork seal is seated. Does not damage your new fork seals during installation. And you do not need to wrap the seal in tape.
• Installation Step Instructions
• Disassemble the fork
• Slide off the old seals
• Check the fork tube for imperfections and repairs before installing the new bushing.
• Oil the inner surface of the new seal with fresh fork oil
• Slide the seal over the top of the fork tube and push it down to the slider.
• Assemble the fork seal driver tool as shown in the picture
• Press the adapter against the seal and slide the driver tool up and down several times
• Until the seal is pressed into the slider. Fork seal is installed.
