- Applications
- 12V motorized wheels make maneuvering your caravan, trailer, boat or horse trailer easier. The Sturm Power support wheel has forward and reverse movement as well as an automatic braking function. It also features an oversized anti-slip wheel and can be used on slight inclines, making it ideal for moving your valuable possessions into difficult positions.
- Short description
- 1. Motor and gear system: The DC motor powers the gear mechanism, and the reduction gear converts the motor power into movement force.
- 2. Control box: Contains the electrical components and protects the motor from damage due to overheating.
- 3. Clamp: It is the same as a normal wheel clamp for attaching the trail jack to the vehicle chassis.
- 4. Lifting handle: Adjust the height of the trailer jack.
- 5. Control handle: Allows the operator to turn the handle to the right or left.
- General tips for safe operation
- 1. The jack is designed for a towing weight of 3500 kg and a wheel load of 272 kg. Overloading can damage the Mini Mover, motor, tires, etc.
- 2. Check that the handle positioning key is fully screwed into the Mini Mover before starting operation.
- 3. Check that the battery cables are properly connected to the battery terminals.
- 4. Do not use cables that are damaged, pinched, or could cause damage.
- 5. Avoid rainy days when using the machine outdoors.
