- The AUTOOL HTS709 is a powerful dry ice blasting machine with two pressure display functions, specially designed for cleaning engine carbon deposits in automotive engines. It accelerates the dry ice particles through a high-speed air stream, thus quickly and easily removing carbon deposits from the engine. After cleaning, the dry ice evaporates quickly in the air, leaving no residues or contamination and causing no damage to the vehicle. The dry ice cleaning machine is particularly suitable for cleaning carbon deposits in areas such as the engine compartment, cylinder combustion chambers, intake valves, throttle bodies, and the vehicle underbody, and can complete the cleaning process in just 15 minutes without disassembly. Compared to other AUTOOL dry ice blasting machines, the HTS709 has been further optimized and improved to ensure uninterrupted operation with the highest reliability. Thanks to its new design, it can operate at an air pressure above 4 kg-f/cm².

- Dual pressure gauge: Equipped with inlet and outlet pressure gauges for precise and safe operation
- Large oil-water separator: Prevents water from entering the dry ice cleaning process and ensures that the dry ice does not mix with water and clump. This avoids problems such as pipe blockages, water retention in vehicle cleaning parts, and water accumulation in the product.

- Spiral ice separation technology: The innovative spiral dry ice separation system stirs continuously to prevent the dry ice from sticking or clumping. This ensures a uniform delivery of dry ice particles during the cleaning process and prevents blockages.

- I recommend using 3 mm dry ice pellets and up to 8 mm dry ice pellets.
- For proper operation, the machine requires at least 90 PSI.
- We recommend using a compressor with a capacity of 1.5 m³/min and a 300-liter air tank for pressure generation and storage in the air tank. (The compressor should have a dehumidification function that effectively prevents the dry ice from clumping.)
- The device is not single-phase. The socket must be connected with a grounding cable.
- The blasting hose is 3 m long.
- The operating capacity of the device is more than 1.5 m³/min.
- The air inlet connection is a 1/2 inch female thread with an inner diameter of approx. 19 mm.
- Nozzle sizes are available in 5 mm and 6 mm.
