• The CNC-603 is an advanced electromechanical product that can clean and test injectors by simulating the operating conditions of the car. It can also perform cleaning of the injectors and the fuel supply system in the vehicle.

Function

• 1. Ultrasonic cleaning: For simultaneous cleaning of multiple injectors and complete removal of carbon deposits on the injector
• 2. Uniformity/Sprayability test: To check the uniformity of the injection quantity of each injector and to monitor the injection status of each injector with the help of backlighting. This test is also suitable for backflushing.
• 3. Leak test: Testing the tightness and dripping of the injectors under system pressure
• 4. Injection flow test: To check the injection quantity of the injector during 15 seconds of constant injection
• 5. Automatic test: Testing of the injectors by simulating various operating conditions
• 6. Vehicle-side cleaning: The device is equipped with various adapters and couplings that facilitate cleaning of the injectors on the vehicle
• 1. Cleaning and test sequences
• It is recommended to carry out the complete cleaning and test procedures in the following order
• Ultrasonic cleaning
• Uniformity/Sprayability test
• Leak test
• Injection flow test
• Automatic test
• Select the appropriate parameter for the different test points and set it
• 2. Clean-up after operation
• After completing the cleaning and test work, a clean-up should be carried out that includes the following
• Press the [Drain] button on the control panel to drain the test solution into a fuel container
• Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord
• Remove the ultrasonic cleaning tank, pour out all the cleaning liquid completely (see Figure 4.2) and wipe the ultrasonic cleaner with a soft, dry cloth
• Wipe the tabletop of the device with a soft, dry cloth
• To avoid evaporation, all test solution should be drained from the fuel tank. If it can be reused, store
• it in a safe place. If it is contaminated and can no longer be used, dispose of it according to the relevant regulations
