• 1). Charging voltage: Normal - the generator output is normal, no problem detected; 2). Charging voltage: Low - check the drive belt of the generator and the connection between generator and battery, or follow the manufacturer's suggestion to eliminate generator fault
• 3). Charging voltage: High - replace the generator assembly or regulator to avoid battery damage
• 4). No voltage output - check the generator connection cables and the belt
• 5). Diode test - at least one diode is damaged if ripple voltage is too high
• The screen will instruct the technician to press the vehicle accelerator to increase RPM to 2500 rpm and hold at 2500 rpm for 5 seconds, please proceed to get the test result, and the result you can reference the manual
• Warnings
• Do not place the tester near the engine or exhaust pipe to avoid damage from high temperatures. Do not smoke, cause sparks, or strike matches near the battery when testing. Do not remove battery terminals during testing. Do not place the tester in a highly humid or dusty environment. Do not disassemble the tester
