• Note: When the thermal imaging camera is turned on for the first time, the shutter must be opened, and an automatic clicking sound can be heard, which is normal and not a device problem. There is a setting in the APP that can manually turn off the clicking sound; you can turn it off if needed. After the automatic shutter is closed, no clicking sound will be heard during subsequent measurements.
