- The tire regroover is mainly used for retreading and regrooving of truck or tractor type by resistance heating. It is a very useful tool for large tires, especially for truck solid tires and other rubber products, to regroove and reuse.
- Very easy to operate and control: The portable regrooving machine with lighter weight is an easy-to-use and comfortable tool in pocket size for regrooving various tires and rubber plates. To cut grooves for different tire sizes, the output heating power is digitally adjustable via the output voltage knob in a stepless manner. The set value of the output voltage is displayed on the control panel via LCD screen. It can cut rubber very easily.
- High performance and multi-functions: To meet various types of tire groove requirements, the tire grooving equipment comes with 10 types of tire blades, including U-type and V blades, which can cut grooves in rubber with a width of 2mm to 10mm and a depth of 9mm to 14mm as per the following shape:
- (R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5; W-1, W-2, W-3, W-4, W-5) as follows: the cutting grooves in rubber from 3-20mm wide and 7-16mm deep. The low weight of the regrooving machine and the individual heating control for the blades enable effortless cutting.
