- Refrigerant leak detection system
- AC service units feature four high-precision sensors and, combined with program settings, offer a complete solution for refrigerant leak detection. The operator can start the leak detection program or automatically perform a leak search every 10 days. As soon as a leak is found, the device promptly issues an alarm via the interface or an indicator light and stops all ongoing operations. The leak detection procedure is also compatible with the vehicle's AC leak detection.
- Over 95% recovery efficiency
- AC service units achieve a refrigerant recovery rate of at least 95%. This not only saves time and money, but also improves efficiency and service quality in the workshop. In addition, they are environmentally friendly and conserve resources.
- Hermetically sealed oil bottles
- Conventional oil bottles are not hermetically sealed and always contain some air. The water molecules in the air bind to the oil and contaminate it. The solution was the development of special, patented containers that protect the oil from air and moisture contamination. The exclusive interface design separates PAG oil and POE oil. The operator does not accidentally connect the wrong oil, significantly reducing the risk of incorrect oil filling.
- Innovative oil separator
- The new oil separator combines solenoid valve and oil separator in one valve group. This reduces the line flow in the device and significantly improves the accuracy of recovery and filling quantity.
- Exclusive filter drier
- To ensure the purity of the refrigerant in the cylinder, the filter must be replaced after 80–100 kg of refrigerant recovery. The exclusive filter features a one-interface and two-channel design, which significantly improves mobility during replacement. The self-test of the filter change program also prevents the machine from drawing in air during filter replacement.
